Prior to Joining Providence Real Estate Advisors, Moshe has served as an Associate Director of Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). While there, he has sourced and secured financing for a multitude of commercial real estate debt transactions throughout the country.  Moshe has also served as a Financial Analyst at AMS Renewable Energy. He secured debt and raised capital for solar transactions as well as heading their tax equity group. His diverse experience in various areas of structured finance provides him a unique perspective that benefits his clients.

Moshe is a graduate of Queens College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He holds a Salespersons license in real estate in New York State and New Jersey and is also a member of many charitable and community foundations.
